comes change in internet business methods to keep up with the
technological changes. As a result, Trinity31.Net's policies and
procedures are subject to change.
As we strive to provide the services requested by our clients, we
constantly, collect, accumulate and store information and
communications that may be deemed private or sensitive to certain
individuals and/or bodies. Some of this information - such as the
customer's name, address, telephone number - is provided to
Trinity31.Net by its customers in order to establish service.
Other information - such as the customer's account status, choice
of services, and customer logs - is created and maintained by
Trinity31.Net in the normal course of providing service.
Data Security
Trinity31.Net will protect the confidentiality of its customers'
information, account information and personal communications to
the fullest extent possible and consistent with the law and the
legitimate interests of Trinity31.Net, its partners, its employees
and other customers of Trinity31.Net's services. To protect the
loss, misuse, and alteration of information that is collected from
customers, Trinity31.Net has necessary physical, electronic, and
managerial procedures in place.
Bandwidth Consumption
Trinity31.Net provides ample amounts of bandwidth to its customers.
Trinity31.Net prohibits the establishing of accounts for the sole
purpose of abusing its generous bandwidth limits. Such accounts
will include large downloadable software sites, games, etc. Any
such violations will be determined solely by Trinity31.Net and
accounts in violation will promptly be deactivated.
Opt Out & Modifications
Customers may opt out of receiving notices of new or upgraded
products from Trinity31.Net and Trinity31.Net's partners by
sending a request to privacy@trinity31.net. However, customers
may not opt out of receiving information from Trinity31.Net which
is essential for maintaining or updating customers' accounts or
system information. All current customers may access and modify
their personal information via their online personal control
panel/account information page.
Domain name customers who have registered a domain name with
Trinity31.Net and wish to change the Technical Contact from
Trinity31.Net to another company, may log into their domain
registration accounts on our website. It is important to note that
customer domain name registration information is made publicly
available in the registry of domain names.
Disclosure of customer information and communications
Trinity31.Net will not otherwise disclose its customers' personal
and account information unless it has reason to believe that
disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact
with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing
harm or interfering with the rights or property of Trinity31.Net, its
customers, or others, or where Trinity31.Net has a good faith belief
that the law requires such disclosure.
Trinity31.Net also will not, except for reasons stated below,
disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or
other electronic communications that Trinity31.Net stores or
transmits for its customers. The circumstances under which
Trinity31.Net will disclose such electronic customer communications
are when:
- it is necessary in order to provide service to the customer;
- it is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of
Trinity31.Net and its customers;
- it is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants,
or other legal process that Trinity31.Net determines in its sole
discretion to be valid and enforceable; and
- it is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when
the contents are inadvertently obtained by Trinity31.Net and
appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.
- Trinity31.Net disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage
in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or
transmitted through its facilities by customers or others.
Trinity31.Net will, however, review, delete or block access to
communications that may harm Trinity31.Net, its customers or third
parties. The grounds on which Trinity31.Net may take such action
include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of
Trinity31.Net's Acceptable Use Policy.
