How can I pay for my account?

Trinity31.Net accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as a few others. In certain situations we may accept other forms of payment as agreed upon by the client and an account representative.

Does Trinity31.Net have standard payment terms?

All customers shall pay on monthly billing cycles. Special requests may be made for annual billing as well.

Do international customers have separate payment terms?

We accept credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and Discover, etc) for all orders in US dollars. If you have special billing needs, please contact an Accounts Representative at billing@trinity31.net.

Are there any penalties for late payment?

All accounts have a grace period of three (3) days from when the account is is due. If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, there shall be a $10.00 late payment fee and the account will be suspended.

Who can I contact if there are questions about my account?

How do I renew my account?

A sales representative will email you 30 days before your term is over to provide you with details on how to renew your account unless you decide to terminate your account. Account suspensions and terminations must be received in writing; regular mail, email and fax notifications are acceptable.
